Aural Membrane - Interactive art piece - 2011
Two week assignment in collaboration with Stian Korntved Ruud (AHO) and Espen Tangen Samuelsen (KHIO)
The Aural Membrane translates sound into organic movement. It uses a subwoofer which vibrates at low frequencies and sets in motion a cluster of water filled balloons. The movement and lighting changes depending on the frequency of the incoming sound.
